隐私说明Privacy

Paper2LaTeX 仅为完成用户请求而处理上传的论文、预览和转换结果。文件默认不用于训练模型，不向其他用户公开。Paper2LaTeX processes uploaded papers, previews, and conversion results only to fulfill the user's request. Files are not used for model training by default and are never exposed to other users.

保存范围What we retain

系统保存账户标识、任务状态、付款状态和必要的结果文件。原始 PDF 或 DOCX 在转换完成或系统确认无法转换后删除，转换结果按照产品保留策略管理。We retain account identifiers, job status, payment status, and the result files required for download. The original PDF or DOCX is deleted after conversion succeeds or fails; results follow the product retention policy.

本地转换Local conversion

文件可由站点所有者控制的本地转换设备领取处理。设备通过专用密钥认证，只能读取待处理任务并回传对应结果。A local device controlled by the site owner may process files. It authenticates with a dedicated secret and can only claim pending jobs and return their results.
